I am Yuvraj. People call me Yuva.

Insta Coach Yuva is Yuvraj Raskar, an Instagram coach for Dubai real estate brokers and the founder of Media Kingdoms, a content agency in Dubai.

Media Kingdoms films reels for brokerages every week. That is a camera, a videographer and an edit, and it solves exactly one half of the problem. The other half is the part no agency can do for you: the bio, the link, the first line of the caption, and whether anybody watching has a reason to open a DM. That half is what I coach.

Why this site exists

Brokers kept sending me screenshots. A DM they did not know how to answer, a reel that did four hundred views, a profile they had rewritten three times. I would record a voice note back. A month later somebody else would send the same screenshot.

So I built the thing I kept doing by hand — a score out of 100 read off your public profile, free, in about thirty seconds — and started writing the answers down as guides instead of saying them one at a time.

What I will not do

I will not promise you a number of leads, because nobody honest can. I do not put client names, client reels or before-and-after screenshots on this site — the people I work with did not hire me to become marketing material. And there is no testimonial wall here, for the same reason there are no statistics: if you cannot check it, it should not persuade you.

What I will do is tell you, before you pay for anything, whether I think your account is the problem or your market is.

Where I am

Dubai, mostly. Media Kingdoms also works out of Pune and Mumbai, and has served 438+ clients across the three, growing every month. The coaching and the written report happen on WhatsApp, so they work wherever you are. The filming is Dubai, with Pune and Mumbai by arrangement.
