Three ways to work with me.

A read of what you have already posted, a coach on the phone twice a month, or somebody to film the reels for you. The prices are on this page, because you should not have to book a call to find out what something costs.

The written report

Every reel from the last thirty days, watched one at a time with a note on each. Your bio and link rewritten. The comments you did not answer. Your next fourteen posts, in order. Back on WhatsApp inside 24 hours.

For the broker who posts and hears nothing back, and wants to know why before changing anything.

Content coaching

AED 1,200a month

Two calls a month, 45 minutes each, on WhatsApp video. We look at your last two weeks together: what you posted, what it did, what to film next, and what to say in the DMs that came in. Between calls you can send me a reel before you post it and I will tell you what to cut.

For the broker under 5,000 followers who will post three times a week and wants somebody to be honest about it. Three-month minimum, because one month tells neither of us anything. No contract after that.

Reels filmed and edited for you

from AED 2,000a month

This is Media Kingdoms, the agency I run. A videographer comes to your office or your listing, films, and sends back edited reels ready to post. You keep posting under your own name; we do the part that takes a day and a camera.

  • Agent Content Kit — AED 2,000 a month. Two shoot sessions a month, three edited reels per session, for one agent.
  • 30-Day Content Sprint — AED 4,000, once. A month of shoots and edits, to build a bank of reels before you start posting properly.
  • Brokerage Reels Plan — from AED 8,000 a month. A team of four. AED 12,000 for eight. Weekly shoots across the team.

For the broker or the brokerage that has decided the filming is never going to happen otherwise.

All prices in AED, excluding VAT. Three-month minimum on the monthly plans. Posting can be added to any filming plan for AED 500 per account per month.

For a whole team

The masterclass

Two sessions for a group of brokers from the same brokerage. The first is the profile: the bio, the link, the highlights, the first line. The second is reels: what to film on a phone in twenty minutes, the hook, and the ending that gets a DM. At your office or online.

  • Half day — AED 550 per session.
  • Full day — AED 1,300.

How it starts

  1. Run the free score. Thirty seconds, and it usually tells you which of the three you need.
  2. Message me on WhatsApp with your handle and which one you are looking at.
  3. I reply the same day with a yes, a no, or a better option. There is no sales call.

Before you message

Can I just hire the agency and skip the coaching?

Yes, and most brokerages do. The coaching is for the individual broker who is doing their own content and wants it to work. If you want it taken off your hands, go straight to the third option.

Do you guarantee leads?

No, and nobody honest will. What I will tell you, before you pay for anything, is whether I think your account is the problem or your market is — and if it is the market, I will say so and you can keep your money.

Can you run my account for me?

We post the reels we film if you add posting. We do not answer your DMs or your comments, because a buyer can tell, and the buyer is the whole point.

What if I am not in Dubai?

The report and the coaching work anywhere — both happen on WhatsApp. The filming is Dubai, with Pune and Mumbai by arrangement.

Can I email you?

There is no email address. WhatsApp is the only way in and it is answered by one person.
